About this apartment rental
My house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Rome, the Janiculum Hill. 250 meters from St. Peter's Square, between Trastevere and Villa Pamphili, ROMAN DREAM is in an elegant street that takes us away from the confusion and metropolitan chaos with a climb of about 50 meters. Immersed in the greenery of trees and plants, my apartment is on the ground floor of the entrance but overlooks a first floor. The apartment is recently renovated with every comfort. It is composed of a living room with a large and comfortable sofa, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, a bedroom with a king double bed, a bunk bed with beds 1 meter wide by 2 meters long, suitable also for adults, and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a fairly large shower (70cmx100cm), bidet, sink and furnishing towel warmer. The house is furnished in Italian style, welcoming and equipped with air conditioning and heating. Our goal is to make our guests feel at home, despite living in the heart of Rome. You can check everything on the photos which describe the house perfectly. Inside the building it is possible to use a garage both inside and outside, upon request and for a fee.

The flat is as described and very close to Vatican City. The property owner was excellent with communication and ensuring that our stay went well. We were able to travel throughout the city easily on foot and via city cabs Close to restaurants and everything else you need.

Very spacious and clean apartment. My family of 5 - two adults, two teens and 10 year old - Had a fantastic day. Location was close to everything we needed to see, everything was walkable distance. Management is very helpful and always available with prompt replies. Would stay here again.

I rarely leave a negative review since we ourselves host properties and I wish to be fair and kind however I feel that as you make your booking, you should be aware of a few things. I had missed that the unit charges you for electrical usage so when I commented how strange that was, she told us 24 hours before check-in to book elsewhere (during Easter week which was impossible). She also failed to disclose the narrow timeframe to check-in (15:00 to 17:00) or there are incremental charges afterwards. She only left us one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 staying 9 nights. And even though we discussed parking 7 nights for a discounted rate, she charged us for the full nights and when I mentioned it, she wiggled out of it as a "misunderstanding". The location is great and the apartment is clean but to feel "nickel and dimed" like this is distasteful and wrong.
