Well situated, and reasonably priced, new-build terrace house in central Market Rasen. Property managers were very easy to deal with, there is a good sized kitchen and large lounge room. The shower is really good and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment.

Okay....with a bit more TLC this place could be really great. My main areas of feedback (some of which have been made in the past by previous guests) are: need more cutlery in kitchen, need an extra chair in kitchen as only seats four, need an extra sofa in lounge as only sits five (at a squeeze), internal doors need to be refitted as not all close, locks needed on bathrooms, back garden needs a clear up (weeding and mowing), back garden needs garden furniture, front garden needs weeding, flooring in kitchen and bathrooms need replacing as coming up in places, lounge carpet needs shampooing or replacing to rid lounge of previous guest/tenants smells.

Great place for our short break away. Exceptional service from staff when we faced a few minor issues.

Garden wasn’t very useable in nice weather.

The home was warm, clean, modern & tidy & had a homely feel.

Maybe its just me but I felt the bedding, duvets & pillows could do with a refresh. The pillows were flat with no bounce & the duvets felt thin. The shower screen needs a new leak protector guard on the bottom of it to stop the bathroom floor getting wet.

Conveniently located close to shops, has a small garden good for dog to do business, equipped with basic necessities.

Bathroom door is squeaky, can disrupt one’s sleep.
