Gute Lage. Strand und Chioggia gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir konnten leider die Markise nicht mehr hoch machen. Die Fernsteuerung war nicht geladen. Haben die Vermieterin informiert, sie kam leider nicht um danach zu schauen. Konnten auch den Backofen nicht anschalten.

Vom Balkon sieht man auf das Meer, nette Umgebung mit kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften, der öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in 20 Minuten. Der Parkplatz für eine Woche war relativ günstig. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, sodass kein Lärm von oben kommen kann. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Wenn am Wochenende viel Verkehr zum Strand ist, ist es am Balkon laut. Gute Kondition für die Stufen zur Wohnung und in der Wohnung notwendig. Die Wohnküche ist nicht so gemütlich zum Sitzen.

Квартира в прекрасном состоянии. В наличие всё до мелочей. Всё оборудование исправно работает. Близко пляж, причём, одна из бесплатных его частей. Близко охраняемый и недорогой паркинг (Padova). Он расположен по дороге на пляж, что позволяло оставлять пляжные вещи в машине. Рядом есть маленькие магазинчики с напитками, сладостями, фруктами. Несколько ресторанов в пешей доступности. Парк аттракционов в пешей доступности. К супермаркетам покрупнее надо пройтись чуть дольше.
Окна выходят на улицу, по которой вплоть до позднего вечера летают мотоциклы, соревнуясь, видимо, в громкости "пердежа"
