We were already absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Everything is beautifully designed, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable. The apartment is very practical and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to feel at home from the first moment. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. The bathrooms are in great condition, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need. The property is perfectly suited even for a longer stay, as it has all the amenities and facilities one could wish for. We are extremely happy with our choice and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautifully furnished accommodation. 10/10! 🌟

A useful note for future guests: there is one central air-conditioning unit rather than individual units in each bedroom. It cools the whole apartment very well, and leaving the bedroom doors open was more than enough for us. This is not a complaint at all, just helpful information for anyone planning their stay. 😊

Gute Lage. Strand und Chioggia gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir konnten leider die Markise nicht mehr hoch machen. Die Fernsteuerung war nicht geladen. Haben die Vermieterin informiert, sie kam leider nicht um danach zu schauen. Konnten auch den Backofen nicht anschalten.

Vom Balkon sieht man auf das Meer, nette Umgebung mit kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften, der öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in 20 Minuten. Der Parkplatz für eine Woche war relativ günstig. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, sodass kein Lärm von oben kommen kann. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Wenn am Wochenende viel Verkehr zum Strand ist, ist es am Balkon laut. Gute Kondition für die Stufen zur Wohnung und in der Wohnung notwendig. Die Wohnküche ist nicht so gemütlich zum Sitzen.
