La struttura è nuova e arredata con gusto. Molto ben illuminata e calda. Con diverse finestre che si affacciano sui tetti della città ed anche un delizioso balcone. Bagno ampio e spazioso con una bella doccia e finestra. Pulita e con tutti i confort. Si trova a 2 passi al centro di Chioggia e anche il parcheggio è abbastanza vicino.
Il soffitto è spiovente quindi chi dorme nella parta bassa del tetto deve piegarsi per coricarsi ed alzarsi dal letto. I cuscini sono estremamente morbidi e bassi non comodissimi, consiglierei una possibilità di scelta. La doccia, pur bellissima ed ampia non ha nulla dove poter appoggiare i flaconi di shampoo e bagnoschiuma.
