Casa Franca is een mooi authentiek appartement, met heerlijk uitzicht over de haven. Het ligt erg rustig en je bent zo in het centrum. Bij authentiek hoort ook dat ramen en deuren kieren en ik denk bij kouder en nat weer dat je hier last van hebt. Wij hadden mooi weer en dan is het fantastisch!
De keukeninventaris wat wat rommelig, een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat ontbrak. bijvoorbeeld. Er was wel een percolator...maar daar was het handvat van kapot.

Die Lage und das historische Ambiente sind außergewöhnlich und die Raumaufteilung für Familien ideal. Fantastische Sicht auf das Hafengelände und die Lagune.
Die Einrichtung und die Sanitärbereiche sind schon etwas abgewohnt und brauchen teilweise Erneuerung und jedenfalls Pflege. Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung aber ebenfalls schon sehr gebraucht. Die wunderschönen historischen Fenster brauchen handwerkliche Aufmerksamkeit
