Posizione eccellente: la struttura si trova in un punto strategico, vicina alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, pescheria e panetteria. Il centro di Chioggia è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Un plauso speciale al personale, estremamente accogliente e disponibile, capace di superare ogni nostra aspettativa nel soddisfare qualsiasi necessità.

Haus ist direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unsere Ferienwohnung im Maison Belle vue war komplett ausgestattet, von der Küche bis hin zu Staubsauger und Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschtabs) Sehr schöner Ausblick über Strand und Meer - "nomen est omen" und die historische Altstadt ist in 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Familia) ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten.
Direkt vor der Wohnung verläuft eine vierspurige Straße (30 kmh) wir waren im Februar in Chioggia, in den starken Sommermonaten könnte der Straßenlärm störend werden.
