Posizione molto comoda. Struttura pulita e curata. Consiglio di scaricare i bagagli vicino alla struttura per poi andare a parcheggiare presso il Park Unione.
Scale strette e mancanza di ascensore.

Soggiorno perfetto! La Bricola è una struttura nuovissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e davvero bellissima, con un livello di comfort decisamente alto. Una menzione speciale va alla qualità del riposo: materassi e cuscini sono talmente comodi che non ho sentito minimamente la differenza con il letto di casa.
La posizione è ideale per vivere Chioggia: si trova in una calle silenziosa e non trafficata, garantendo massima tranquillità, ma è a pochissimi passi dal Canal Vena e da Corso del Popolo. È inoltre comodissima per chi arriva in auto, data la vicinanza a parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento.
Il vero valore aggiunto è stata l'accoglienza. Subito dopo la prenotazione sono stato contattato dall'host, Daria, che è stata estremamente cortese e premurosa: mi ha inviato via WhatsApp un PDF con indicazioni chiarissime e ottimi suggerimenti su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Si è persino prodigata per farmi ottenere un permesso ZTL, semplificandomi enormemente l'arrivo. Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!
Una sciocchezza: la possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani vicino alla doccia.

Wir hatten das Apartment in der zweiten Etage. Geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgestattet, gemütlich und praktisch. Unschlagbar zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Daria war ausgezeichnet, wenn auch nur übers Handy.
Im Bad und in der Dusche hätten wir uns mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten gewünscht.

Dritter Stock im engen Stiegenhaus recht eng
Dachgeschoss etwas niedrig in der Mansarde für große Leute. Habe das bei der Buchung übersehen.
Funktion Heizung und Dunstabzug etwas ferngesteuert.
