We booked in Casa Lucia an apartment for three persons. The location is excellent, it is in the heart of Sottomarina. 5 minutes by foot to the beach Astoria. Many shops, cafés, Chioggia is nearby.
You will find in the apartment all things you need. There is a kitchen with a small refrigerator, so you can cook, dishes, washing mashine, ironing board, ect. The furniture is new. The apartment is renovated.
Lucia (a host) is helpful and she is always available. A host speaks only Italian, but it's no problem with google translate. She offers a very good family "beach package" for using Astoria beach and swimming pool including parking for fair price. We used it, and our vacation were splendid.
Next time we will book a bigger apartment, we need more place in the room. It was stuffy in the night, so we used an air conditioner. Towels and bed linen are not included in the price (you can bring your own or pay extra).

Location is good but really noisy (evening and nighttime) but its okay for us.
No swimming pool or anyhow in same building (10min walk but i dont know where).. And its surcharge. Also sheet/towel 20€/person extra and also for kids 4 and 6 years old. Next time i take a hotel, then you know what you get and thats it.
