Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. 2 große Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Heizung wurde auf Anfrage sofort eingeschalten. Einzig das Schlafsofa ist etwas kaputt und rutschte leicht in 2 Teile auseinander, das könnte evtl. erneuert werden.

Geräumiges, sauberes Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche.
Abgesperrter Parkplatz inklusive.
Lage nahe zu Chioggia, Meer und Supermarkt (Familia) sowie Bäckerei (gegenüber).
Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter, keine Rezeption oder Ähnliches.
Online Check-in extrem mühsam! Über irgendwelche Internetseiten und -Links, mit vorab-Überweisung der Tourist-Tax (beides hat auf meinem jungen Samsung-Handy nicht ordentlich funktioniert). Bin für Buchung, Check-in und Zutritt zur Wohnung über 3 Stunden am Handy gehangen.
Küchen-Ausstattung grundsätzlich gut, aber kein Salz, Essig, Öl, Tee etc vorhanden. Das ist kein Muss, aber bei den meisten Wohnungen mittlerweile vorhanden bzw Usus.

The space was big, bigger than we expected. The parking spot was very helpful, and the city was walkable with plenty of options for food, sites, churches, architectural beauties & a bit of romance near the water canals and streets. Our boys loved the playground nearby. When the storm hit, we barely noticed it when inside. The wifi worked great when we were in, and the clothes washing machine helped with our stinky socks from all the walking we did in town (leaving the car parked, relaxing about town). The people were polite and kind. The host reached out to ensure we knew how to get in, and to see how we were doing (via messages not in person). We barely heard noises from outside or neighbors. The balcony was nice to sit and take a breath after a great day of exploring.
Our car was a bit big, making it a little tricky to drive around town and into the parking spot. We had an SUV for our bags. By the second attempt I did much better at getting in and out of the parking gate. But what can you do when bringing things on holiday, you need the car to be big enough for 4 of us and luggage.
