Good parking opportunity, close to the city center. Beautiful rooftop terrace and equipments.
You have to deliver your luggage from the parking area to the house by hand, but this is not a big deal.

Die Wohnung hatte eine große Terrasse was uns sehr wichtig war um gemeinsam draußen sitzen und frühstücken zu können, jedes Zimmer hatte Klima und sogar Flat TV. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch sehr sehr ruhig, das lauteste sind die Möwen. Alles sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. 2 Duschen/WCs, endlich mal wird die Bettwäsche mit eingerechnet und man muss dafür nichts mehr extra bezahlen außer die Nächtigungstaxe oder wenn man einen Parkplatz möchte. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr bemüht, stets erreichbar.....
die Kopfpölster waren nicht so unser Ding, ist aber Gewohnheitssache und nichts zu bemängeln. Die Anreise war ein bisschen abenteuerlich weil uns das Navi in die Gassen gelotst hat, da können aber die Gastgeber nichts dafür. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat ist dass wir nur für 4 Nächte gebucht hatten, länger wäre natürlich schöner gewesen ;-)

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Alles war sehr sauber und funktional, kein unnötiges Dekor. Die Terrasse ist herrlich und teilweise beschattet. Man kann direkt vor dem Gässchen 30 min zum Ausladen parken, und das Auto dann auf Anfrage auf einen vom Gastgeber reservierten, Gebühren-begünstigten Parkplatz in ca. 500 m Entfernung stellen.

Alloggio nuovo, pulito, dotato di tre stanze, due bagni, una piccola cucina e una bellissima terrazza. Silenzioso. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito di un pass per parcheggiare gratuitamente, che a Sottomarina è cosa molto gradita. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Per andare a Chioggia a piedi ci vuole circa mezz'ora di bella passeggiata, mentre la spiaggia di Sottomarina è vicinissima.
Nulla. Forse metterei un piccolo tavolino nel disimpegno dove ci sono già due poltroncine.
