This is a nice apartment in an ideal location, right in the heart of Sottomarina. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
One thing to note: it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
A big bonus was the balcony — a great spot to relax — and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very comfortable.
The kitchen is a bit dated, but that wasn’t an issue for us, especially considering the great value for the price we paid.
We requested an invoice, but it has proven to be a major issue — and we still haven’t received it. If Booking is handling the payment, they should also ensure proper invoicing.
Parking on the street is nearly impossible. However, there’s a paid parking lot about an 8-minute walk away, across from a very good supermarket, Familia Superstore, for just €6 per day.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung und die Lage ist perfekt
Ein Bett war zu eng für zwei Erwachsene Personen, die Küche war spärlich mit Töpfen bestückt. Die Küche, nicht sehr sauber und die Pfannen beschädigt, könnte man sie nicht benützen. Habe das Geschirr die wir verwendet haben vorher im heißen Wasser mit Spülmittel gewaschen.

Posizione in super centro, vicino alla spiaggia. Appartamento confortevole. Il balcone spazioso.
Consiglio di effettuare una pulizia più puntuale dei filtri del condizionatore che erano molti sporchi, come segnalato alla proprietaria. In questo periodo siamo riusciti a trovare parcheggio abbastanza facilmente ma durante l'alta stagione penso possa essere un problema.
