The electric fireplace is simple to use.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was extremely clean and tidy and in a great location. We couldn't have been happier. Wish I could have thanked the owners personally.

Great location within easy walking distance of base of Mt Crested Butte. Very clean. Kitchen well appointed for small group. Comfortable beds. Good communication with property manager. Two things, one relatively small and one big--Within a week of arrival, you'll get a very detailed e-mail from property manager, which includes the fact that, while there will be a small supply of soap and shower necessities, there won't be any other basics. This is in fact true--while there was plenty of TP and paper towels, there was no dishwasher detergent, and the only kitchen supplies were salt and pepper. Since the only grocery store in Crested Butte is both somewhat limited in supply and expensive, if you're planning a long stay it would be better to stock up in Gunnison (City Market, Safeway, Walmart). Since it's about 45 minutes from Gunnison, you may want to explicitly ask the property manager what is available and stop on your way in.--You'll notice that "washer/dryer" are not listed under Amenities. The washer/dryer is in fact not available to guests. Since there's not one listed, no harm/no foul, but in the 3 page single-spaced pre-arrival e-mail there is no mention of WHERE one might be able to do laundry; it took several texts with the manager to find out the nearest pay laundry is 3 miles away in Crested Butte. We had family staying in the area, so had an alternative, but if you're counting on laundry for a longish stay, this property isn't ideal.

Convenient location. 10 digit entry code required that Iook at my phone every time I opened the door. Need to climb upstairs immediately upon entry. No laundry facilities. Bare minimum kitchen supplies (no coffee, no wrap for fridge). Cheap bed linens. Tiny bar of soap for shower. Early 10am check out requirement with no flexibility for family with young children.
