About this house rental
This cozy & peaceful retreat is located steps away form the base of the resort. You'll enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Crested Butte, and convenient access to trails in the summer and the ski lifts in the winter. The free town shuttle stops across the street, for access to downtown for dining, nightlife, and shopping. Amenities include luxurious furnishings, spacious kitchen, fireplace, and a balcony. Store your mountain toys in the garage, and conveniently park 2 vehicles in the driveway.
With picture-perfect window views of the ski area and spacious rooms, this Villa is ready for your family to make many memories!
Upon entering the home on the top floor you will walk into the main living area with open floor plan to the dining and kitchen. The high ceilings and big picture windows add to the sense of space and allow for lots of natural light. The cozy living room is centered around a large stone fireplace, a favorite after spending all day playing in the mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is open to the dining and the living room creating a great family space where everyone is part of the action. The large deck just off the dining room has a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and fantastic views of the ski resort and Mt. Crested Butte. On this top level is also a powder bath and a 1 car garage to store all of the mountain toys needed to play outside (bikes, skis, snowshoes, kayaks, etc...)
Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms face the ski area and have the same wonderful views as the living area upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, arm chair, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. Down the hall you'll find two more bedrooms, and laundry closet. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a double sized bed below and a twin-sized one up top. There is also a twin sized trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed and baby crib. These two rooms share a full bath at the end of the hall with a walk-in shower.
Close to the ski area in the winter, walking distance from miles of trails in the summer, or looking out at the changing aspens in fall, the only thing this vacation rental is missing is you and your family!

We always love our time in CB and this townhome did not disappoint. The accommodations were spacious, relatively modern, and clean, and we loved the primary bedroom! Beautiful views of the Butte out the back window and deck. Great for entertaining and large groups. It is very close to shuttle pick-up / drop off locations. Note: all 3 bedrooms are downstairs and the bathrooms are carpeted. Neighbors were friendly. Walking distance to the base camp shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Did I mention the views!

We had a great time at Eli's place on Mt Crested Butte! The top floor is spacious with a huge kitchen that is well stocked. We appreciated that there were spices and condiments left by previous renters. The 2 German shepherds and our 3 year old loved the deck and watching the buses and cyclers going by. We had ringside seats there for the 4th of July fireworks. There is parking for 2 vehicles, but is a little tricky if your cars are large or long. Still doable though. The bus stop to town is right across the street, as is the Adventure park for kids. Not many places to eat out on the mountain. but an abundance in town. The Secret Stash for unique pizzas is a favorite. The downstairs bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The primary has a great en suite with a huge tub and a separate shower. The other bathroom is small, but adequate. The only correction I would make to the listing is that there is no hot tub, and there was no trundle bed in the bunk room. We didn't need either. The weather was perfect and the views were stunning!

House was fine great location. Well stocked kitchen. I’m just annoyed this is the 2nd Colorado ski house in 12 months that I’ve booked on VRBO that clearly has hot tub as an amenity and it’s just a jet bath in the primary bedroom. When you specifically searching and filter to hot tubs and it says hot tub, you expect a hot tub. It’s shady. I would’ve booked somewhere else.
