This 3 bedroom villa property with incredible views couldn't have a better location! Right across from the resort and within walking distance to the base area, this is your next vacation home base! With picture window views of the ski area and spacious rooms, Snowmass Villa is ready for your family to make many memories.
Upon entering the home you will walk into the main living area with open floor plan to the dining and kitchen. The high ceilings and big picture windows add to the sense of space and allow for lots of natural light. The cozy living room is anchored by the large stone fireplace, which is a favorite after spending all day playing outside. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is open to the dining and the living room creating a great family space where everyone is part of the action. The large deck just off the dining room has a gas grill and fantastic views looking out to the ski resort and Mt. Crested Butte. On this level is also a powder bath and a 1 car garage to store all of the toys one needs in Crested Butte such as bikes, skis, snowshoes, kayaks, etc. (You get the idea! We have a lot of activities here!)
Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms face the ski area and have the same wonderful views as the living area upstairs. The master bedroom has a new king bed, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Down the hall you'll find two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double on the bottom, twin on the top bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the other has a queen bed. These two rooms share a full bath at the end of the hall with a walk-in shower.

This villa was in a perfect location for our group. We loved the garage to store our mountain bikes. It was very clean and easy access. 3 out of the 4 beds were very hard, so sleeping was an issue for most of us. Other than that, the property was wonderful.

Snowmass townhouse was a great location wonderful views of the mountain at crested Butte. Great proximity to the slopes. House was well appointed and tastefully decorated beds were very comfortable. Garage was handy for getting ready for skiing. Lovely home easy communication with the property management team would definitely stay here again.

Very high-end property. Definitely some expensive decor that my toddler could have taken out but didn't, whew. Great view of the mtns, nice layout of the bedrooms so some could sleep and others talk. Great kitchen. A bit far to tromp to the slope in ski boots but the snowboarders managed it fine. The garage was nice.
