Villa Anna is a beautiful house with private swimming pool in a quiet location with views overlooking the open countryside and out to the sea. It is just 200 meters from the center of the village and all its amenities. The Villa consist of two separate apartments of which the owner occupies the Lower ground floor.
The rental apartment is entered at ground level and is all on one floor.
The entrance hall lead to the living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, 2 bedrooms. One with double bed the other with 2 single beds. The garden has a large terrace beside the swimming pool and dining area. An ideal place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. the house has 3 parking space 2 for you and one for the owners
Poggi is a typical Ligurian village charm and its position has far reaching views to the sea . There is a village shop offering everyday needs together with locally grown produce. If you prefer to simply 'chill out' for the day there is a very good Bar/Reataurant "da Renziana" open from breakfast until long after the sun has gone down. Poggi is only 3kms from the coast and the nearest village being Porto Maurizio with is many bars and restaurants, public and private beaches.
