You'll be just a few minutes' stroll from a private, gated access point to beautiful Panama City Beach at this quiet home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Here on the tranquil west side of town, you can spend your days riding bikes, swimming in azure Gulf waters, and exploring the neighboring communities of 30A.

This home is snowbird-friendly and located in a peaceful, bike-friendly neighborhood of Panama City Beach, with coded beach access within a short walk of your front door. It's a great base for exploring, with a spacious parking area behind the house and all sorts of attractions within a short drive. Head to Camp Helen State Park (four miles), the shops and restaurants of Pier Park (five miles), picturesque Alys Beach (six miles), or bustling Seaside (15 miles) for a memorable day out.

Lovingly built by the owner himself, this family house has an inviting, retro style that will immediately make you feel at home. The main living area is spacious and open, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a living room warmed by an impressive brick fireplace. Take in the beautiful view of the water, stream your favorite movies on the smart TV (with your own account credentials), and set up your favorite board games at the table.

Bring your coffee, dessert, or wine outside to the patio each evening, and leave the day's swimsuits and towels in the care of the washer/dryer. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi round out the in-home essentials.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
