About this house rental
Our cottage is a newly constructed single family home located only one house back from the beautiful private Sunnyside Beach. The home has a great open layout with two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, as well as a queen sleeper in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a brand new Sealy Pillow top mattress, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The washer/dryer combo is located in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two pillow top Fullsize beds. The home also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully fenced in yard has plenty of room for the dogs to use the restroom as well as a grill and nice patio area. We also have a great outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We are located on a private street with almost zero traffic in front of the home. The walk to the beach is a very short, two minute walk past just one home. The beach access is located directly at the end of the road. We have a picture to show the easiest route.
This home features brand new stainless steel appliances, including a side by side fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, smooth top range and microwave. Granite countertops and soft close drawers give it the feel of a luxury condo, but without the inconvenience of elevators and stairs. We also have 18 foot ceiling through the home as well as 8 foot doors, to make the home feel bigger and more spacious.
We have a 55 inch Smart TV in the livingroom, as well as a RUKU TV in the master bedroom. We have Xfinity Highspeed internet, as well a multiple streaming apps for you to use.
No need for a golf cart to get to the beach! Its so close you can walk back to fill your drink!

Coral cottage was absolutely perfect for us. The location is ideal. We were so close to beach access, and that particular stretch of shoreline is not too crowded at all. The property was very clean. We have stayed at another one of this wonderful family’s properties before and the same applied to the other house, as well. The kitchen had what we needed and both of the televisions worked really well. I was particularly impressed with the washer and dryer. Frankly, the machines in the cottage are infinitely nicer than the ones I have at home. The fenced yard was incredibly helpful for our dog. The owners are enormously nice and always have been. We even called them to ask a question at one point and they were so polite despite the time of the evening. The space is more than enough for a couple (having a bathroom for each person was luxurious) and it would also work well for a family with two kids or a group of three girlfriends/bro pals. I was elated that we were able to book this house, and this morning we were depressed to leave, because it ended up being the best vacation we have had together in years, maybe ever. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We had absolutely no trouble with the check-in process. The unit was nice and clean. Though not on the beach we enjoyed the location because the beach was not crowded! it was like a private beach. We wanted the host to know that there was not a kayak at the rental,( so he would know we didn't lose it, Ha) and that there wasn't a cooler. He was on top of it, even though he was on vacation himself, we had a cooler and hairdryer delivered to the unit. We were not expecting that to happen. The unit itself was in a quiet area. All around a very good experience.

My family and I stayed here last week 9/23/2020-9/29/2020 Thoroughly enjoyed our stay everything we need was there from bath tissue to coffee filters. It was very clean when we got there except the dishwasher was full of clean dishes which should have been put away prior to our stay so I put them away so no big deal.There’s beach chairs and beach umbrellas and a cart that you can use to carry this down to the beach which made it very nice and convenient. The beach is about 300 feet from the house to the water which is super nice. It had great Wi-Fi and a lot of channels on the television both in the living room and bedroom. A nice fenced in yard for our dog which we thoroughly enjoyed .I highly recommend this place. The owners is very nice and and receptive to any questions that I had. It’s also very close to restaurants and Pier Park.I would certainly stay there again.
