• Subject to availability. As there is the possibility that previous guests have damaged, lost, or stolen items, we cannot 100 % guarantee exactly what items are available. We do everything humanly possible to maintain/replace these items quickly when needed, but that is not always possible immediately following each guest’s stay.

- Space for 2-3 vehicles to park in the driveway and additional concrete pad in front yard along street.
• If you have, for example, a dually Dodge Ram 3500, you’re not going to fit two vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles are not permitted to extend into the street from the driveway. Parking in the front yard (not on concrete pad) or in the street is also not permitted.

- The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups, etc.
• No edible/food items or single-use items are provided (plan for things like salt/pepper, baggies, plastic wrap, etc.)

- Indoor towels are provided (bath towels, kitchen towels). Beach/pool/outdoor towels are not provided.

- An initial/starter pack of amenities is also included (Toilet paper, hotel style amenities, trash bag in each can, etc.).

- An electronic smart lock with real-time updates is provided for the convenience of our guests.
• Arrival time is no earlier than 4:00 pm on your scheduled check-in day. Departure time is no later than 10:00 am on your scheduled check-out day.
• Unfortunately, during busy/peak rental seasons/days, we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures, as our dedicated and hardworking cleaning crew needs the full gap between a departure and the following arrival to complete a thorough cleaning and inspection.

- A pet (max of 1 dog under 40 lbs., no cats) is considered on a per-case basis only. There is an additional pet fee.
• If you plan to bring your fur-child with you on vacation, please contact us prior to booking your stay, or notify us immediately following instant-booking your stay.
• Please note, an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), unlike a specifically trained service dog, is not required to be admitted into places of public accommodation.
