☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!

Nice and spacious. Well stocked & well-furnished. Host responds very quickly. There are a few aspects of the property that were not functional, but nothing major that took away from our vacation. The host did their best to rectify the issues we reported, and that was much appreciated. Definitely will stay again if the price is right the next time we are looking.

Beautiful property and walking distance from the beach. All issues were taken care of by the management team as quickly as they could and they communicated well. The property was clean, homey, and very comfortable. 10/10!
