Welcome to Pineapple Paradise! This newly renovated, cute, updated beach house is just a three blocks (5 minute walk) from the beach! And you can hear the glorious waves crashing on the shore. This deceptively spacious beach house is ideal for two small families, one large family, or a girlfriend getaway. Located in the Golf Cart friendly neighborhood of Laguna Beach on the magnificent West End of PCB, Pineapple Paradise is just a few minutes from HWY 30-A to the West & Pier Park to the East.

We’ve just completed a renovation that includes new tile floor, new kitchen with bar and new furnishings.

Our beach house features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers king sized bed, en suite bathroom, dresser, wall mirror, small seating area, and door to pool deck. The hall closet may be used for hanging clothes. Bedroom 2 offers king sized bed, large closet, dresser, and wall mirror. Bedroom 3, the "kid's room" has a chair and sofa, both of which let out into sleepers, offering room for 3. Also includes a dresser, closet, and large TV.

The house has an open living room/dining area/kitchen with murphy bed, and large pool with deck offering lounge chairs, dining table and covered seating. Amenities include free wifi, private pool with fenced back yard, and full size washer/dryer. All rooms include extra electrical outlets and USB ports. Large flat screen televisions are located in living room and the "kid's room". The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, small appliances and large appliances, cooking utensils, shatterproof and glass cups, plates, and bowls, and silverware.

Pineapple Paradise is conveniently located within walking distance to the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach and more. Parking is available for three cars (includes garage). Monthly winter rates available upon request. We have a second refrigerator in the garage. All rooms offer towels hooks on doors, and the showers have swimsuit hooks.

Pet Friendly - up to 2 pets allowed. Non-refundable pet fee per pet applies.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
*This house sleeps up to 9 people.
*NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside. If smoking on the pool deck, please be cautious to not drop hot ashes on the cushions.
*Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
