Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo was wonderful and location perfect. It's a quiet area but close to anything you need. The grounds are beautiful and condo in great shape with nice beach and turtle decor. Plenty of room to feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed the beach most days but also ventured to a few of the state parks and Man of the Sea museum. The private access to the beach was great and made it easy to enjoy the sugar white sand and turquoise waters without a big production with the kids. We will definitely be back!

This is a great condo for Parents with small kids, and couples who like to cook. The property is wonderful but the location was to isolated for us. There are no restaurants near by and if you have teenagers you need to stay further east or west so they can rent bikes etc.

This condo has carpet throughout! Not practical at beach. Other than that, it was nicely appointed with lots of original art. Owner should get rid of other cheesy decor, to clean surfaces for renters to put their own things! Kitchen cabinets are plentiful, but owner should clear out some of their things to allow for renter storage. Back door is hard to close/ lock. Patio door screws wouldn't stay in handle.
