The location was amazing, the home was very nice, with the exception of the couches in the livingroom. They had removable covers on them, which is fine, but there was an odor lingering on all of them. Another thing to note, if you plan to stay, they only provide one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a property that sleeps 12, this seems a bit cheap. Also no salt or pepper…I didn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen, but basic salt and pepper would have been nice. We did have an issue with the internet, but the management responded fairly quickly. This is a lovely property, and I would have gladly given it a 5 star rating but for the above mentioned issues.

We enjoyed our stay at Ben’s Beach Houses! Just a few complaints: needs blackout curtains, we had toddlers, so all the Knick knacks had to be moved and it was a lot; otherwise it was a great trip and we will be back!

The location is excellent. The beaches are fabulous. The house and hot tub were great to have on the cooler days. Everything worked and it was clean. Thanks again.

View was great hot was hot. No cleaning supplies not even a broom or a mop to get up spills dryer was to be turned around 2 or 3 times to get clothes dry thats my only complaint
