Booking Requirements & Guest Policies
We love welcoming respectful guests who treat our home like their own. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we ask all guests to review and follow the guidelines below:
Booking Requirements
* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
* A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings. Reservations are not confirmed until this is completed.
* A refundable \$500 security deposit is required and will be returned after checkout pending a damage-free stay.
* A valid photo ID is required and must match the name on the reservation.
Golf Cart / LSV Rules
Your stay includes a 6-seater street-legal golf cart for easy cruising to the beach or local shops!
* Must be 21+ to drive.
* Only guests who submit a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be authorized to operate the golf cart.
* LSVs may only be driven on public roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or under — no sidewalks, multi-use paths, or restricted areas.
* Guests are responsible for charging the cart daily and for arranging any towing services if the cart loses power during off-site use.
Pet Policy
* We welcome up to 3 dogs per stay with a flat \$250 pet fee per pet (50lb Max Weight Limit).
* All pets must be disclosed before check-in. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee.
* Pets must be crated if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
Pool Heating Info
* Our private pool is available year-round. During cooler months (September through May), you can opt to have it heated to 85°F for a flat fee of \$250 per stay.
* May take up to half a day to fully heat, depending on weather.
* Pool heating must be requested and paid prior to activation.
* Heating fee is non-refundable once turned on.
* Please note: No diving, no glass near the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.

Our stay here was wonderful, and we would definitely come back in the future. We had 3 families totaling 6 adults and 8 kids. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could want and then some. So many dishes. For those with babies, there was a pack and play, car seat, gate, and high chair. There were a ton of beach toys and chairs and pool toys. I think the pool was the kids favorite part. The owner was great and very easy to work with. Highly highly recommend. Oh and the slush machine was awesome!

This home is amazing! Room sizes are excellent, even the bunk room! All closets are large with built in storage. Showers are beautifully tiled with overheads and handhelds, beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. The style, decor and layout of the home are impressive. There are soaring first floor ceilings and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, accessories, high end appliances and more. Large front porch, outdoor kitchen, modern stylish LSV! The sectional is so large and very comfortable! All 8 guest could easily sit and watch movies! Justin was very accommodating and a great communicator! This is the house and the owner that you need! I could go on!

The house was absolutely perfect to host our family for the weekend! We loved cooking breakfasts and lunches in the beautiful and spacious kitchen. There was plenty of table seating for everyone inside and outside. The kids were obsessed with the bunk room and arcade game. The pool was fantastic. We requested for the pool to be heated and it was to the right temperature as soon we arrived. We loved shooting hoops and playing putt putt out there. Having the golf cart was so great so we could shuttle the group and our beach things to the beach. We had a great time crab hunting in the evenings. The paddle board was a huge hit too. Truly can’t wait to stay here again. We all had the best time.

Beautiful new build! Fabulous pool area and the golf cart with no additional fees was an added bonus! Highly recommend! Justin was great with checking in to see how our stay was going.
