Panama Joe's is a beautiful, recently renovated, pet friendly beach and lake home. Our modern, coastal chic interior has unobstructed views of the ocean AND a coastal dune lake. It's a dream home for a family or a group to get away and relax! This gorgeous beach house is right across the street from the gulf. Hang out all day at the beach or a quick drive to the shops and restaurants at Pier Park or 30a. This rare gem has everything you need for an unforgettable stay on PCB!
The House
-Located directly across the street from a private, dedicated beach with unobstructed ocean views. The back of the house is on a coastal dune lake with unobstructed views. (Coastal dune lakes are a geographical phenomenon that are only found in a few places on earth!)

This is the room where you can get away and have fun! The entertainment room is far enough away from all of the other bedrooms so you won’t disturb anyone in the house! Make it the kids bunk room, game room or where a group of friends watch the big game.

-Comes completely stocked with all your cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, serving utensils and more.
-Full set of chef knives.
-All new stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge
-Enough silverware and dishes for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of items).

-Keurig coffee maker (there’s also an adorable mini Keurig in the master suite).
-Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee on the front porch chairs (a family favorite).

The location is great, the home was large enough to accommodate a large family and still have room. Your just steps from the beach was is directly across the street and the area is family oriented. There were a few things that were broken but they were minor issues. Overall I would recommend to anyone who wants a great beach home at a great location.

Panama Joe's was a great place to stay. Easy beach access and close to a Publix. Richard was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Only negative is there are only 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom on the bottom floor doesn't cool very well and has to walk upstairs to use a shower, which is shared with 2 other bedrooms. Other than that, the house worked for us.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Panama Joe's as a great place for a family to stay. I love the west end of Panama City, it's not too far from everything but a lot calmer. The rooms were exactly as advertised, and we had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed feeding the turtles off the deck. Couldn't do much fishing though for the turtles. The view from the top deck was great! The only complaint I would have is the a/c did not seem to cool the bedrooms and climbing all the stairs. Overall, it is a great place and I would come again.

The beach house itself was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed the space and the proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the jetted tub was not working during our stay and couldn't be fixed while we were there, which was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using. The host was responsive and communicated about the issue, but the the jetted tub remained unavailable throughout our visit.
