Honestly after booking through VRBO for 10 years this is the best most thought out layout for bigger groups and best location. Being pet friendly also is very beneficial! Fenced in yard is a major plus! Thanks for an amazing stay. Everything you need is right here plus the location to the beach is right across the street!

The location and beach access were great, but the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There was visible mold and buildup in the showers, as well as mold underneath the bathroom faucets. Hair was present along the baseboards, and many surfaces appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable using the tub or sinks. Additionally, the showers never got warm, so we were unable to take a hot shower for our entire stay. With proper cleaning and basic upkeep, this property could be a great stay, but the condition of the home significantly impacted our experience.
