*Host is not responsible for grill or heaters propane/gas and firewood. It's just not possible or feasible for us to supply new gas for everyone every booking. Most of the time the propane is left with enough to use the grill and fire pits, however we can't promise enough. Please plan to get your own gas and firewood.

Taryn responded quickly to our inquiries prior to to and during our stay. Property is just as beautiful as presented. One set of bunks was fairly tight. But this property is exceptional. The outside pool, playground, grilling/eating space, lounging areas, etc was truly an “amazing oasis”! We loved it for our large extended family

Seriously, this rental had EVERYTHING!!!!!! Two houses! Pool, slide, kids outdoor play areas, sand boxes, cornhole, GORGEOUS outdoor fire place, UNBELIEVABLE outdoor kitchen and dining area…. We were in heaven! Communication was impeccable. Any time we needed to reach someone (which was rare bc directions and instructions were precise and detailed), Taryn was quick to reply and super friendly and helpful. We would absolutely return! Super clean, accommodating, and this place is INSANELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Safe neighborhood, kid friendly, and perfect for multiple guests/families. One of my favorite features of the home … the notebook placed in each home… It’s a little touch, but it makes traveling so easy and shows how much the owner put into the little details. It is custom made with all sorts of deets on the home and local attractions/dining spots. It’s like your own little “beach tv” at your fingertips (if you’ve been traveling to PCB for more tha n20 years, you know what a treasure Beach TV was).

Pros: We stayed 7 nights totaled. Taryn was super responsive and answer every question and checked up on us the whole time. Location was nice and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The backyard is where all the space is at. It was a dream vacation space for kids and adults if you like the pool and the weather is not too hot or cold to be outdoor most of the time. This place is ideal if you are planning a big event outdoor. Cons: Homes seems bigger than what is shown in the pictures. There are two homes but very small and tight for the amount of people it can sleep. I would recommend 6-8 persons per house verses 29 for both homes that is shown for max people. It seems all spaces were used to put in beds and there were not alot of closet space in some of the bedrooms. If you have a large group; there's a lot of walking between the two homes. One of the house back doors are inside bedrooms so that makes it inconvenient to go all the way around to the front of the house because you do not want to use someone's room to go back and forth outside into the backyard. Lots of flies but that is expected as it was mid June. There was one big outdoor fan but a few fans would have been nice. On our last night, it rained and the septic tank must have had some issues as there started to have a strong sewer odor in the bigger house. We were glad it happened on the last night.

Pros:
The homes are close to the beautiful, powdery sand beaches, about 5min walk. Outdoor common area is a good place to gather around during warmer weather. The toddler area was a plus for the little ones to enjoy. Plemty of towels. Communication with the host was great, quick to reaponse. Also accomondating to our early check-in request. Basic kitchen utility for some light cooking if you desire.
Cons:
At first impression they entry ways appear unkept and not tidy. The common area should have better lighting around the pool area and on the outdoor lounges. Due to the time of year in Nov it got pretty cold, outdoor heaters would have been a big plus, since it is difficult to accomdate large families in any ³
one of the homes. There are extremely too many secuirty cameras outside, wihich concerned many of my family members for privacy. The extra charge for pool heat seemed excessive and we could not fully enjoy. Although pets were allowed the common area lack of green space or neighborhood for pets to walk were hard to come by. The inside of the homes were very tight and not practical. This home listed that it could sleep 29, but should be changed as the bed arrangements makes it difficult for a good sleep. The bunk beds were really tight fitting for teens to sleep. Some guest noticed that a bed spread and towel were stained . Others noted one room floor dirty.
