Marlin Avenue - Rose House, a brand new luxury 4BR, 3BA West End PCB designer home by The Horton Collective, the same owners who brought you stunning Marlin Avenue - Sage House.
Our curated coastal retreat features 4 bedrooms, with 10 beds, sleeping 16. A Master King Suite with private ensuite, a Queen Room, and two Family Suites with Queen over Queen and Twin XL over Twin XL bunk beds in both rooms (each bunk room sleeps 6) and sharing a "jack & jill" bathroom. A 3rd full bathroom is in the hall across from the Queen room. Each bedroom is designed as a calming sanctuary, featuring luxurious linens, layered textures, and serene tones for restful nights.
A beautifully designed open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area flows seamlessly onto expansive covered porches — perfect for enjoying coastal breezes, morning coffee, or evening gatherings after a day at the beach. With seating for 8 at the large round dining table and 4 additional stools at the nearby island, there’s plenty of room to gather and dine.
Outdoor living truly shines with a private saltwater pool (not heated), dining and lounge seating for 8, a Solo Stove fire pit, and a natural gas Blackstone grill. Guests also enjoy use of a street-legal 6-passenger electric golf cart, 6 beach cruiser bikes, a beach wagon, shade tents, and beach chairs.
Thoughtful amenities throughout the home make your stay effortless, including a stand mixer, crockpot, Instant Pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, baking sheets, children’s dinnerware, mini crib, high chair, and two booster seats.
