About this house rental
Welcome to The Curvy Palm! Located on the west end of Panama City Beach in a friendly, quiet, golf cart community just a few blocks from the beach. Escape the crowds and skip the never-ending wait for condo elevators and enjoy a tranquil family beach vacation. Enjoy relaxing after a day in the sun in the screened-in porch, or venture out to the private backyard for games, drinks and dinner.
Five bedrooms on two floors will give your family ample space to enjoy a perfect beach vacation.
Getting a little work in while on vacation? Enjoy our high-speed gigabit internet service, perfect for those mid-afternoon zoom calls. The optional golf cart (see rental details below) makes getting back and forth to the beach a breeze.

Main Floor, 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms:
- Bedroom #1 includes a King bed, Roku TV, a desk with monitor (HDMI cord provided), en suite bathroom.(finishing Spring 2026!).
- Bedroom #2 includes a Queen bed, dresser and closet
- Bedroom #3 includes Queen bed and dresser.
The bathroom on the main floor has a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and the full size washer and dryer.
2nd Floor, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom
- Bedroom #4 includes a twin bunk bed, TV with Roku device, Legends Ultimate video game with 350 classic games, two bean bag chairs.
- Bedroom #5 includes two full size beds.
The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

TV Viewing:
All TVs utilize a Roku streaming device, currently set to "Guest Mode". This will allow you to download and log in to any streaming service you currently subscribe to, and it will automatically log you out if you set your day of departure. There is no cable TV.
Guests will be provided a unique access code, active only during the duration of their stay, that will unlock the side entry door into the house.
There is parking space for 2-3 cars in the driveway, and there is no additional street parking in the neighborhood.
For your safety and ours, communication will be conducted virtually, and we are available to answer any questions that arise during your stay. We're always available to handle anything that needs immediate attention.
The home is located in the quaint neighborhood of Riviera Beach, or more specifically, "Beach 87" due to the nearby beach access point. We're far enough away from the crowds for you to enjoy a relaxing getaway, but still close to Pier Park to the east and 30A to the west.

We are located about 0.4 of a mile to the nearest beach access point. It's a very pleasant walk, although if you have chairs, coolers, kids and toys in tow, the golf cart can make that trip much more enjoyable!
Golf cart available for use for an additional fee of $250, for duration of stay; less than what you'll pay for one day through the local rental shops. This will be collected through the Resolution Center before arrival and returned in the same manner. A separate golf cart rental agreement will also need to be digitally signed digitally.
There are exterior cameras on the house to protect both our property and our guests. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood where not much ever happens, but better safe than sorry. Please do not touch, move, disable or cover these during your stay.
As dog owners ourselves, we welcome your canine family member to join you on your stay! We do limit this to no more than two dogs and a $150 additional pet fee will be required (covering up to two dogs); please include your pet when making the reservation. Undisclosed dogs will be subject to a $250 pet fee, per pet, after check in, or reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
Guests will be required to submit a small security deposit of $300 prior to arrival. Details provided after booking. Profiles without a review history may be subject to an additional refundable damage deposit.

Erik was very attentive to our inquiries and though it was a last minute booking and short stay, they treated us no different than any other places we've booked before. It was appreciated and will go a long way to us looking at them again for furture trips.The house was in good shape and was spacious enough for our entire family. It was cozy and comfortable. It was located not too far from the beach and would've been a nice walk, but the weather was not cooperating, so we had to drive.Overall, this is a nice spot and the hosts are great. We would recommend if your family is as big as mines.

The house itself was fabulous. However, the dishwasher leaked terribly. The clothes washer would not complete its cycle and made a horrible noise. We did not have a phone number or any other way to contact the owner. The kids loved the arcade upstairs in their bedroom. We enjoyed the screened in front porch. Wed could have used some casserole baking dishes. Overall, not so bad.
