It's just a short walk from private beach access reserved for Sunnyside residents with two local restaurants and grocery stores on the quiet West End of Panama City, just 5 miles to Pier Park or Rosemary Beach for plenty of dining and shopping options. Enjoy the large, beautiful private pool in the backyard complete with splash area for small children for a refreshing afternoon. Open concept kitchen, dining, living room creates wonderful family/friends time for cooking, dining, playing games, movie watching or simply hanging out! Must be 25 to secure reservation.

The home was absolutely beautiful, extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies, bowls , pans, even a ton of new food storage containers which was extremely helpful! Bed was very very comfortable!! Lots of spare pillows bedding and blankets, lots of extra towels even spare beach towels ! Host was a joy to deal with ! Location was excellent! Will definitely be back!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there was a separate little laundry room with a nice washer and dryer. It was very comfortable with the space laid out perfectly. Every bedroom was decorated so beautifully, and the pool area had plenty of seating with an outdoor full-size table, pool chairs, and a small TV area with separate chairs. Very nice! This will always be our first choice when we are in the area.

This was our second time at this house and just like the first it was excellent. Clean house, warm pool (we paid for the heater), fully stocked kitchen and easy to communicate with the host.

Beautiful home, very well maintained, and super clean! We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Carleen was super quick to communicate back when I had questions. My family and I loved this house so much, will definitely be returning back.
