The location alone makes this property the perfect retreat for a family or a group of friends looking to relax and explore. The beach is a short walk down the road, and the sparkling communities of 30A begin just four miles up the coast. Pier Park, with its seemingly endless sources of shopping, dining, and entertainment, is just six miles in the other direction.
After a beautiful day at the beach, come home to unwind in the fully fenced backyard. Soak up a bit more sunshine in the patio loungers, light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, and set the table on the screened porch for a sunset dinner beneath breezy ceiling fans. The screened porch is even equipped with cushioned sofas and a large smart TV as well, making it a delightful spot for game days and movie nights.
The interior living space welcomes you in with its large windows and open layout. 6 adults one infant, house was great Plenty of room. Disappointed no beach towels and no hand soap in bathrooms.Over all stay was great.

This was our second time staying at this house. We were here last year at the same time. We loved that it was Pet Friendly because we had to bring our dogs due to not having a pet sitter. They offer poopy bags under the sink for the doggies. This house is spacious for our family of 8( 2 infants) we moved the outdoor shower with warm water, we were able to rinse off from the beach and rinse our beach chairs. We had a slight problem with dishwasher. It would not work on automatic setting but worked on Heavy Duty. Make sure you bring Kcups for coffee because it's a Keruig. I would suggest a doormat at the entry doors to help from tracking in so much sand. Overall we loved our stay, we hope we will be able to come back again.
