Beautiful holiday villa with private swimming pool located on the hills surrounding Empoli and just 30 km away from Florence.
The villa has been finished to the highest standard and can sleep up to 10/12 guests. Outside there is a large garden housing a generously sized private swimming pool, as well as a welcoming porch and extensive terraces perfect for outdoor living.
The villa is perfectly located within easy reach of the most famous towns of the region such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca. Empoli, which is just 1.8km away, also has a train station with regular connections to the other main cities of Tuscany. A secondary road passes near the property. One part of the house (the one near the entrance to the property and with its own separate entrance) is used as the owner's office.

At guests' disposal: large garden with private swimming pool (12m x 6m, minimum depth: 0,8m; maximum depth: 1,8m, open from the 15th of April until the 15th of October), outdoor shower (cold water), solarium and useful furnished porch (table, armchairs e sofa) accessible from all the lounges of the villa. Wi-fi internet connection (free of charge) and private parking are available. 2 baby cots are available; air conditioning available in the kitchen and in all bedrooms.
