Nice area outside the kitchen. Many rooms
The property itself is nice, but be aware that it is the landlord’s private home, and he lives on-site and is always present. This means the house is located in a regular residential area, not a holiday setting.
We were a group of 17, including young grandchildren—the youngest only 8 years old. We were sitting quietly outside one evening (no music, just talking), but still, the neighbor started shouting at us to stop talking at 10:30 PM. It was quite uncomfortable.
Also, although the pool area has signs stating swimming is allowed until 9 PM, the landlord would stand on the balcony at 8 PM pointing at his watch, signaling for us to get out. This felt controlling and unwelcoming—especially on days with temperatures reaching 44°C (112°F). It really affected the experience.
