About this house rental
Enjoy all 4 seasons at our pet friendly cabin on 35 acres of beautiful country living. Relax on the porch while listening to mother nature, and have bonfires out back under the clear sky! Star gazers will be in their glory as there are no street lights here. Our backyard area is as peaceful as it gets!
Holiday Valley Resort, Seneca Casino, Allegany State Park, Ellicottville, Franklinville, Olean, Salamanca, St. Bonaventure University, Pitt@Bradford are within 5-20 Minutes away. It’s the perfect location.
The space
The living room has a beautiful vaulted pine ceiling, a brand new sleeper sofa, and 2 leather reclining chairs. A fireplace adds extra warmth or ambiance while watching the smart tv! The kitchen has plenty of stocked cupboards and space to unpack! An electric stove, full size refrigerator and freezer along with a microwave and toaster, air fryer, electric griddle, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, blender, coffee maker/teas are all available to you! The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, and iron too! First aide kits, flashlights, umbrella, bug spray and campfire tools are stocked there as well. A beautiful back yard area has the patio furniture setup, a gas grill and fire pit with wood waiting for you to enjoy! Take a walk to the pond or up the hill to check out our little peace of paradise!

Quiet and peaceful property. Clean and cozy house. We did some skiing at Holiday Valley and ate out in Ellicotteville. This was exactly the home base I was looking for. I have a Tesla and there is a supercharger just 5 miles away, which was super helpful in the winter.

Just what we needed to unwind. The cottage was very clean, well equipped, and beautifully laid out. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and watching the deer come in and out of the tree line. Very pet friendly - our dog loved hanging out in the yard. We definitely stay again. Thanks for everything Dawn!

Unfortunately, I was not able to make the trip for my reserved stay. But I’d like to compliment the owner on her communication with me. She’s very friendly and stayed on top of things. I hope to be able to make a trip there soon. I’ll definitely rent this property again.
