-Sleeping arrangements include a queen Murphy bed and a queen sofa bed, sleeping four guests.

We had a wonderful stay in Ellicottville because of Renee's place! It was the perfect home base for a ski weekend. Great views of the hills at Holiday Valley, and a quick drive to all that town has to offer -- shops, restaurants, and good times! I highly recommend Renee's property.

The location was great with very easy access to ski at Holiday Valley! The only complaint is that the front door is very difficult to open and close.
