Newly renovated cozy condo is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, nestled between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. Enjoy a day of skiing, a quiet night by the fire or a short 10 min walk to downtown where you will find locally owned shops and restaurants. This 2nd floor condo features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, pull out sofa, and one full bath. Amenities include full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, full sized washer & dryer, and patio.
