This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and 1-queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. Unit sleeps 4 max. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

We had a great time in Ellicottville. The best part was the property we rented. Excellent location and the condition of the place was pristine. Only flaw I could find was no soap dish in the shower in the upstairs bathroom. There is a small mountain stream next to it and I saw a nice trout hanging out surface feeding. This is truly a must stay place in Ellicottville in my opinion.

We were so happy with our stay at the EVL lofts. The unit was so clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family to relax after a day of skiing. Staying here allowed us to social distance and still enjoy EVL. We usually stay at the Inn but felt more comfortable having our own space due to COVID. Would highly recommend.

This place was so clean upon arrival it was hard to believe! Everything is new and updated. Place was so comfortable and cozy! Location is unbelievably convenient, walking distance to everything and a 4 minute drive to either of the ski resorts. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Everything went very smoothly for checkin and Rachel was more than willing to accommodate our needs. We were less than a minute walk to the Ellicottville Brewery (fabulous food and drinks!). We took food back to the place then walked and shopped some more. About a 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley and maybe 10 minutes to the Ellicottville Distillery. Such a cute town and the people were so kind! The place was clean with enough towels and linens. Two beautiful showers and a comfy king bed. It was perfect for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. Highly recommend!
