Rare find! Comfortably renovated Second Floor Apt in Beautiful Downtown Ellicottville. 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 5. Can be ideal for a couple who want extra space. Everything has been updated. Granite counter tops, dishwasher, full size washing machine, & dryer, and BBQ. Large second floor deck to BBQ where you can relax & gaze at the stars. 3 minute walk to all downtown restaurants/shops. Unit comes with 2 parking spots. Please contact for long term pricing. We will consider tenants for monthly and seasonal rentals and rates may be negotiable depending on length of stay. 30 day minimum.

Thank you Lisa for your kindness and generosity during our stay at your downtown apartment. We had the most memorable winter - skiing with our children and taking the two minute walk to downtown. Going out for dinner (and to the ice cream shop), walking for groceries and coffee (and the new bakery!) was made easy with our family as your apartment is in the best location. Best time ever!

We spent the winter season in Lisa's apartment. It's a great village location. Very easy to walk to the village to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well supplied, and very comfortable. Lisa is great to work with as well.
