About this apartment rental

The Bungalow is on the ground level in the Wildflower complex that is located across the street from Holiday Valley ski resort. We have a great set up for families. Amenities include all kitchen necessities, single cup coffee maker with a supply of K cups, all bedding, towels, hair dryer, washer and dryer, two TVs, free wi-fi, and easy, key-less entry. We also have a gas fire place, air conditioning for the warm months and a patio that has a view of the ski slopes. The loft has one queen bed and one full size bed. The sofa in the main living area has a pull out bed. The Bungalow is walking distance to town and all of the excellent restaurants and shops there. For the skiers, Holiday Valley runs a convenient shuttle to take you from our building right to the ski slopes.

Our family had a great time at the condo over Presidents’ Day! The condo is situated in a great location, complete with a free shuttle to and from holiday Valley. We stayed for a weekend trip to ski at Holiday Valley. This condo is a perfect location that is super close with easy transportation. The fireplace makes for a cozy way to warm up, and the table can have sides that fold out for 4 people to sit down together using the bar chairs. The kitchen counter/"bar" is very fun to use, with enough space for someone on each side to have some snack or dish while talking with each other. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and I would definitely stay here again. The only caveat for us was that none of the bedding options is fully enclosed from each other (no actual bedrooms - it's technically all connected space with wall segments that block line of sight (mostly). We didn't realize that until we got there, but it wasn't an issue for us since we're all rather close friends. It's worth being aware that sound can carry throughout (for any light sleepers), but the hosts supplied a fan that helped as white noise. I would recommend this stay as an ideal option for a casual group of 3-4 friends or perfect for a couple. We packed in 5 people and still had a great time, so it all depends on your group. All communication with the host was timely, clear, and relevant. The entryway has lots of convenient space for ski equipment. Looking forward to future ski stays here!

Great, clean house located in a short distance from the slopes. Was well stocked in the kitchen, with towels, and other essentials. Owners were excellent with communication and very gracious. The weather wasn’t optimal for late December but we made the most of Ellicottville, skiing and enjoying the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The unit was tidy and inviting - very charming. It had all the basic necessities for cooking for our kids and the washer and dryer look brand new. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk bed, and it was nice to be close to them but still have our own little alcove around the corner/a small living room downstairs to watch a movie after they had gone to sleep. We would definitely stay again :)

Very well equipped condo for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids never felt cramped. It’s is open loft plan so everyone hears everything. Plenty of blankets, games, on-site parking, kitchen equipment large washers /dryer. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. Will remember for future trips. Only problem No hair dryer.

We had a good visit at this location. Property owners were very good with communication. We appreciated the proximity to the slopes as the adults were able to walk when needed. Very clean. Good amenities - Plenty of blankets and towels, snow shovels were provided (which we needed!), better stocked kitchen than many other places we’ve stayed - and parking was really easy.

Perfect location. Park directly in front of unit. Ground level is super easy, especially with children. The owner checked in often and made it a great stay. Condo was well stocked and very comforable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Fire place and furniture was great. Highly recommend staying here! Relaxing place to get away.

These were perfect accommodations for the get-away I needed. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes , etc. There was excellent communication with the owners. The owners also provided specific written directions regarding various things which I appreciated & found very helpful. The location is excellent and it was very quiet which I also appreciated. I am very interested in renting this condo again. Many thanks to the owners!
