So many upgrades! Fox Ridge unit in pristine condition with cathedral ceilings, and corner gas fireplace. Sliders to deck overlooking valley and slopes directly across from you! Central AC for year round usage! 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Gorgeous fireplace, new hardwood floors, granite counters. Spacious Townhome w/ fantastic slope views. Many Upgrades!

The property is positioned in a really great location for Ellicottville. Everything from the code to open the door, to the checkout instructions was clear and easy to understand. The area was nice and quiet, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be staying here again!

The cleanest property that we've stayed at in Holiday Valley. This townhouse had a larger parking area than properties located in Wildflower but we did have to carry our bags and gear further.

Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.Definitely recommend this property, and will be looking to return soon for ski season. Mike, from Rochester N.Y.

Fox ridge is in a great spot to get to skiing at holiday valley. Not walkable but the shortest of drives right down the hill. Condo was great and the owners are fantastic, super responsive.

Overall, our staying was almost excellent. The neighborhood is excellent, enough space for the family of 3-5 people. Beautiful decor. excellent excess to the ski lodges. The cleanliness of the kitchen appliances was somewhat below expectation. Some cups were not clean, the kitchen table was spotted. No sponge to wash a dish, or cup. No chemicals to clean the spotted table. The coffee machine was not cleaned at all. We found a child's socks in the bed linen that was supposed to be changed and checked. The owner claimed that the property is professionally cleaned. Be sure to bring with you extra supplies if you plan to eat and cook. Some owners provide spices, sugar, etc. We were lucky to bring sugar to have our morning coffee

Great location for skiing and getting to the village. Down the hill and across the street and you’re right at Holiday Valley. Turn to the left and in two minutes you’re right in the middle of all the restaurants and activity. Condo was clean and very cute. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing it again next year.

We had a lovely time here. You really can’t beat the location for skiing. This place is a great size, very clean and really comfortable. The hosts offer a quick response to any messages. Overall a really great stay and we hope to return in December.

Some friends and I spent a night here on a golf trip. The home was clean with plenty of room for the four of us. The property is minutes away from downtown Ellicottville where we went to EBC for dinner and saw a car show on the main street in the morning. I would recommend staying here.

Great space for me and 5 friends to have a girl's weekend! Close to the shops and restaurants Ellicottville is known for and so close to the pool complex at Holiday Valley. Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient. Only complaint would be the one bedroom downstairs had no ceiling fan and the windows wouldn't open so there wasn't a way to get cool air or circulate the air in the room. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Visited Ellicottville for a weekend stay with some friends, and the property exceeded all of our expectations. Modern, clean, and lots of space. Communication from the host was wonderful as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place especially for the price. We were already talked about our next stay before we even left!

My wife, daughters and myself enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The girls had their privacy and own space downstairs which was nice. We also enjoyed morning coffees on the patios. The place was clean and we would recommend.
