Two private bedrooms offer welcoming queen beds, while all beds have soft bedding and pillows for guests. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, which is an amazing room for kids or adults to rest or watch TV in private. The large primary bedroom is located down the hall from the other two bedrooms, which is added privacy. Families traveling with dogs, small children and babies are welcome, a pack-and-play and high chair are located onsite for your little one.

There is a large front deck and large back deck that can accommodate all guests to spread-out and unwind. Use the grill and fire pit while relaxing and soaking in the views of Ellicottville hills and Ellicottville park, after a fun filled day enjoying everything Ellicottville has to offer.

A secluded nature park and various athletic fields are only steps away from the back deck. Explore Holiday Valley & HoliMont Ski Club with family & friends, both are a stones throw away.
