Beautiful and very large home with character. Bedrooms are spacious. Jack and Jill bathrooms for each pair of bedrooms. Nice additions of books, toys and games for kids. Wonderful hexagon room at back of kitchen for eating or working. Playground across the street.

Very spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. New appliances and all the electric gadgets you would need. Great area/room for kids to play. Plenty of parking. Park/playground across the street. Convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Old smelling inside at first but got better as we were there. Heater worked fine. No need for AC for us. Old historic charm. Plenty of living space on first floor. Two dining spaces plus bar seating in kitchen. Still being fixed up so some old rotted wood on outside, windows with chipped paint inside and out. Windows glass could use a cleaning. No outlets in bathrooms but in bedrooms. No mirror in one of the king bedrooms. Bathrooms are Jack & Jill set up. Original tile. Some cracking in showers. Shower doors do not close tight. Beds simple but comfortable. Linens and towels clean with extras in hall closet. Extra blankets and comforters also but we didn’t need them. We would definitely rent again but know that it has some older features.

The property was wonderfully large with a lot of spaces for people to hang out in. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with baking, cooking,and coffee appliances. Town was a very short drive away but walkable if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus

The house was comfortable, well equipped and centrally located but it is obviously undergoing renovation. Even though it says there is cable/satellite TV, we were informed bby the guest contact that it did not. The stairs to the 3rd floor were not blocked off and had exposed tack strip from carpet that had been removed. The ceilings were partially scraped but still had peeling paint. Multiple outlets did not work and one of the upstairs bathrooms had no outlets. Renters need to be informed of the ongoing work and asked to stay on the 2 main floors
