About this house rental

Absolutely best location walk to town, shopping, restaurants, library & parks. Stunning 'Immaculate' Chalet style townhome Beautifully furnished 4 beds 2 full baths mud room, 3 Levels liv w/gas stone fireplace, flat screen tv, stereo, dvd player. TVs in every room. Lower level has huge family rm with fireplace TV play station a library of movies & games for the entire family. Equipped with EVERYTHING VERY Comfy bedding complete kitchen & washer and dryer. This is Not your typical rental it is our second home and we are looking for a family to love it as much as we do. We have had the same wonderful family lease our place for the summer season for the past 4 years but sadly they had moved out of the area which is why we are now leasing .This is a wonderful home for making beautiful lasting family memories. ( P.S. Special Summer Season Rental Rate May.1st 2024 to Sept. 30th 2024 $10,000.00 + Ultilies $600 = $10,600.00 total )

Perfect place for all ages! The townhouse was clean and spacious . The location is perfect; just far enough off the main street to allow for peace and relaxation yet, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. To add to this perfection, there is a beautiful playground a block away, with an Arboretum adjacent to the park ! The townhouse was very will equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The little girls room has a VCR with every Disney Movie ever made! Which was awesome ! My granddaughter's loved that! The game room has serval wonderful games which our entire family enjoyed playing together. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home! I look forward to returning very soon!! Carolyn

We had a wonderful stay in Ellicottville. Erin’s home was perfect for our family ski vacation. The condo is very spacious and can comfortably work for 3-4 couples or a family with kids. The home was very cozy and well equipped. It’s also just minutes from Holiday Valley, therefor perfect for skiing. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we stepped into the condo chalet, we felt the warmth and sense of welcome and 'home' created by Robert and Erin. The place fit our group of 6 adults perfectly with 4 bedrooms and an extra sitting area in the basement. The location is close to town, skiing and we spent several nights in cooking dinners and relaxing by the fire after a long day of playing out in the snow. Robert and Erin are wonderful hosts who gave us great recommendations and were always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and adding to the lovely experiences had in this home! We definitely plan to be back.
