Angela was the best hostess I have ever had. All I felt was comfort and warmth. The farm is beautiful and super clean and you can tell how much she loves her animals. The place was perfect and very clean. I strongly recommend staying here!!! Don’t miss out.

Great location right off of main roadway to town. So many options for food and shopping. Check in wasn't great. We texted at about 2 hours away and again at 20 minutes away with no response. Host had something come up so her husband was left to meet us and take us to our stay. We were greeted by 3 large farm dogs. They barked at us for about 20 minutes until her husband came to find us sitting in our car. One of the younger dogs excitedly jumped on my car leaving a scratch down the door. Host assured us if she was there that would not have happened as she is working with him on jumping. We were then escorted to the house which was very nice. Furniture needs updating and only 1 TV in the living room which was tough with multiple kids who enjoy unwinding for the day with a good TV show or movie. Definitely pet friendly which I was conscious of however, there was fur EVERYWHERE. Beds, floors, fridge, dishes and on furniture, blankets & towels. No toiletries so make sure to take your own which we had so it was not a big deal. The farm animals were definitely the highlight of the experience and Angela was so nice letting the kids help feed them and she was so knowledgeable. You definitely felt like you needed to be guided through the property by the owners as you were unsure what you had access to. But they did include the kids in their evening chores. Overall it was an experience which I wanted for the kids but would have expected a little more upkeep for the cost.

We stayed here just for one night after a long day of skiing at holiday valley resort. It was a quick 30 minute drive from the resort and it exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice with how spacey it is inside, and super cozy! We loved meeting the hosts pups and walking around the property in the morning to visit with the goats. Angela was so sweet and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again in the future for our next ski trip!

We enjoyed staying at this 3 bedroom apartment on a working farm. The location was quiet and relaxing. We had a fire, saw some goats, hung out with free range chickens, and chatted with the owner. We were able to cook all our meals and had everything we need, including cooking spray. There was a Keurig and a drip coffee machine, plus nice touches like sugar and powder creamer. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We weren’t sure how the unit would feel without AC, but it was incredibly comfortable, almost chilly, due to the building’s structure. Feel confident when booking this property, it really beats a chain hotel, especially in charm and price!

A couple of us did a Mother/Daughter trip to visit colleges. This place is exactly what was described. The girls got to hold the baby goats and be a part of feeding. Fun to have the animals around. The house is clean and very quiet. Middle of the heat wave, but was cool and comfortable. Owner is extremely responsive and responded immediately when we needed something. We would stay there again if we are in the area.

Great place to stay. Lots of room. Kids loved the ping pong table. They played that over watching TV or phone.
We all enjoyed some time with goats and chickens.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Owners warmly welcomed us and were available if we had questions or needed anything. I had the chance to hold the baby goats and to feed the adults. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing and interesting experience. Fresh eggs were delivered to us! This is a vacation we will always remember fondly.

Our hosts of this spacious facility presented lovely fresh farm eggs at our door each morning. The ability to handle the adorable baby goats made this trip memorable!
Would highly recommend for families that would like to introduce their children to farm living!

We went to escape city life and experience a little country living and boy did this place deliver. Baby goats and free range chickens and kind hosts made this weekend getaway just what we needed. Additionally my daughter accidentally left her beloved stuffed animal behind and the host offered to mail it to us when they found it. Highly recommend.

We did miss the entrance but more to the fault of the GPS, the host was very kind and met us at the end of the driveway. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the updated inside of the property very much. It was mostly quiet and private. We will stay again if we come back to Holiday Valley to snowboard again! Thanks from Ohio!

Property owners and house are great. We stayed for a ski weekend and it is an easy 25 min. drive to Holiday Valley. There is plenty of room, very clean, and the ping pong table kept us busy in the evenings. There are goats, chickens, and an awesome dog. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: kind hosts with excellent service, allowed early check-in, washed my coat, clean, cute goats and chickens, 30 mins from good skiing and hiking
Cons: overpriced, most likely contaminated drinking water from taps (everyone that drank the water was sick and had diarrhea for several days), poor water pressure, poor on demand hot water tank (takes 5 mins for hot water), poor drainage around house (we walked through puddles and mud from our car to the door), industrial and impoverished area with no freedom to walk anywhere, an odd pit located next to the goat compound appeared to have a layer of oil floating on it which likely remains from the forner use of the property as a metal scrap yard. An environmental assessment for soil/groundwater contamination and indoor air quality testing should be conducted here.

Stayed overnight after a trip to ellicottville. Nice and quiet. My daughter got such a kick out of seeing the farm animals in the morning.

Our family (2 adults, and 2 adults with a 3 year old and a one year old) stayed here for two nights because of its proximity to Allegany State Park.
We were met by our host, Angela, who escorted us to our accommodation. It was absolutely spotless and looked to be very well cared for. The living area, as well as the kitchen, was spacious.
The kitchen was nicely equipped, huge counter space and a big fridge.
The bathroom was very nice. Large sink. Nice shower. Plenty of towels.
There are three bedrooms. The master was nice and has a queen bed. Bedroom 2, although listed as a twin bed, actually has a full bed. Bed room 3 has a twin bed.
There is a fourth area that is very large and has a full sized ping pong table which we utilized.
The thing that you have to keep in mind is this is a rural area. The property is indeed a working “farmette”, complete with goats and chickens. Our three year old was very interested in the animals and was able to pet the goats, follow the chickens around and watch the goats being milked. The property has assorted farm buildings around.
The pictures of the accommodations themselves are completely accurate. You would never know you are on a farm. It’s a beautiful space.
Lastly, our host Angela, along with her husband were extremely nice and helpful. She’s an educator and really showed a true interest in explaining how things worked at the property and was very helpful in showing our three year old the animals.
A+ experience.

Angela & her husband were VERY kind and accommodating to our cheerleaders.
This idea to inquire about a place to rent was literally last minute for myself and my daughter but it quickly ended up being a sleepover for the whole squad. It was relatively closer to our cheer competition the very next morning and I'm glad the hosts were very understanding and trusted 11 girls to stay in their beautiful apartments! (There was a neighboring apartment that was available for rent which was very convenient!)
It was very clean and has everything that we needed, and if we needed anything extra in the kitchen it was brought right over by Angela.
The girls saw the animals in the morning and it was overall a welcoming environment.
Thanks so much for hosting us!

I cannot recommend this property more highly. We had a wonderful, but too brief stay! The accommodations are clean and cozy. All of the beds were very comfortable and bedrooms quiet. Such a peaceful area just outside of town. So close to St. Bonaventure. We loved the goats and chickens and Angela even let our early riser help her milk one. Angela and her husband are delightful. Friendly and kind. We WILL be back for a longer stay!

Clean, spacious home at a great price point. Nice open floor plan and large kitchen and bathroom. We needed to borrow a kitchen item, and the owner came right over with it. She also has farm-fresh eggs and goat milk soap available for purchase at very reasonable prices! Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying on the farm. The goats and dog were fun to see, we even got to milk the goats. We were able to buy eggs and goat milk soap and have a campfire. I will recommend this place to friends.

Amazing hosts-they were very accommodating to our schedules-flight delays etc. Goshen Farms property ID 27430007 was delightful. We were so impressed with how quiet our accommodation was, yet you have the convenience of highway access. Great security system. Loved the rural yet modern design. Host allowed us to view their newest accommodation: Knotty Farms! Would definitely stay there on our next visit!

Property was clean and nice. The owners were great, and animals adorable. I was worried that it would be hot in July without air conditioning, but the property was nice and cool. I would highly recommend this property.
