The location. The view.
The earlier reviews were spot on. The room had very poor sound insulation, and the street noise continued until nearly 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The sofa bed was missing essential items such as sheets and pillows. The air conditioning was old, and one unit did not work at all. The room was smaller than expected, and sleeping in the loft upstairs was inconvenient. Overall, the accommodation is not good for a family stay.

Breakfast??
The noise level of cars drag racing up & down main street kept us awake until after 3am. Revving engines while stopped right out front.

Amazing view, and good location.
The temperature difference from the loft to down the stairs is substantial and hard to regulate during the winter. The host does NOT turn the heat or air conditioning on before you arrive so keep that in mind. The futon down stairs is uncomfortable and you cannot enjoy the view or entertainment system from the loft. If you have mobility issues this is not the apartment for you as there are multiple flights of steps to get in and another to get into the loft.
