The house is located on the upper 2nd & 3rd floors of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood, with a private entrance. Stair climbing is necessary to reach the upper floors of the house.

The house is fine. You should familiarize yourself with the Mt Washington neighborhood so you're not surprised. However, 30 minutes before we were set to arrive the host sent a message that she would be totally unavailable by any contact method. She said it was a special weekend for her family. Then the toilet clogged and there was no plunger and no host. This trip was also a special weekend for my family, but we got to spend a night with a barely functional toilet.
