You will love our newly renovated home for your Pittsburgh stay! This Mount Washington residential space is located in a walkable neighborhood full of shopping, dining and only a few blocks away from the best view in all of Pittsburgh from Grandview Ave. Ride either of the world famous inclines to Station Square. Easy access to downtown, Southside, Heinz Field, PNC Park, PPG Paints Arena, Convention Center and so much more. A quick drive to Carnegie Mellon, University of Pittsburgh etc.

The Space:

This is a entire apartment with private entrance is all yours. Everything is brand new and just updated in 2020. Enjoy the open layout of the eat in kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms, and so much more!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. No area is shared and everything is private. Guests also have their own designated parking spaces, in the driveway right in the back of the home.

The Neighborhood:

Charming Mount Washington is known for its panoramic city views, from spots including Grandview Avenue’s Restaurant Row, home to upscale seafood and Italian restaurants. The Monongahela and Duquesne Inclines are funiculars that climb the hill to lookouts like Grandview Overlook. Point of View Park has a bronze sculpture of George Washington with Seneca leader Guyasuta, while Emerald View Park is laced with trails. This walkable neighborhood is the perfect mix of excitement and quiet. Restaurants, bars and wonderful views make up this wonderful neighborhood. Walk, bike, Uber or drive anywhere you need!

The apartment was comfortable, but it needs a good cleaning. Good location, and neighbors were friendly. The off-street private parking was a big plus.

Stayed for 4 nights when my son and I went to Steelers training camp and also attended 3 pirates games for his senior trip. Place was perfect for the stay. It is a short drive to the ballpark, we used Lyft and it took like 10 minutes with game day traffic. Local restaurants were great. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, it’s just and older area of mt. Washington. Very quiet and safe.

Perfect landing spot for a weekend in Pittsburgh! Check-in was simple with the instructions provided, the designated parking behind the property was very appreciated and the space was just as described in the listing. It was a hot weekend in Pittsburgh and the rooms all cooled down nicely. I did have to contact Chris regarding the thermostat and he was responsive and very helpful. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed the bakery for breakfast and Coughlins for dinner. Great stay!

Weekend trip to watch Steelers vs Browns. Property was clean and maintained. All the things you need for a quality stay were provided. House has 49 degrees when we arrived and took quite a while to warm up. Other than that it was a great pla e to stay for the weekend.

We didn't know much about PGH before our visit. But the Mt. Washington neighborhood turned out to be good home base for our explorations. And this property proved to be a very comfy abode. The two-story apartment has been recently renovated, and all rooms, walls and fixtures are in good shape. Nothing overly fancy here, but quite cozy. Two bedrooms on the main floor (which is up one flight of stairs from the entryway), and one on the top floor. The top-most room got a bit warm on an 80+-degree day, and the small window AC until helped cool that space (the central AC was sufficient for the rest of the unit). The living room side of the kitchen/living room space was a little small, but that was fine for us, as we were always on the go. The parking lot in the back (with assigned spaces) was quite nice. There appeared to be other guests in the first floor apartment when we were there, but we didn't hear them once. Property was very quiet. The street was nearly all residential, but two great restaurants (JJ's and Coughlin's Law) were about a 10-12-minute walk away. The location up high on Mt. Washington meant traversing twisty streets to get down to river level to cross the Monongahela bridges. We loved it! The drive to downtown took about 7-8 minutes, if that. All told, this was a comfy, convenient and affordable place to call home for three nights. Thanks for having us, and we'll be back.

We stayed here while at a basketball tournament in Pittsburgh. The location was close enough to the city to drive in between games. Everything was as advertised, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at Jenna's place on Mt Washington. Location was good for taking in the Pittsburgh sites. The space is relatively clean and free of clutter. Off road parking was great. Appreciated having the small kitchen and living space and that it was completely seperate from the 3 bedrooms.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Pittsburgh. The teens had their own space in the large room upstairs and there was enough space for everyone. The apartment was very clean and the owners were responsive. We particularly appreciated the free safe off-street parking and the friendly neighbor. There was a partial loss of power during our stay, which was kind of frustrating, but this was addressed by the owners and power company. We liked the location and would stay here again if we find ourselves in Pittsburgh.

We had a great week working and visiting in Pittsburgh. The apartment was just what we expected from the listing. The property manager was great to work with and took care of requests the same day. TV had firestick that did not work with very poor to no instructions. Could not get a hold of the owners. Chris finally called me back and was a jerk. His wife called me back and was nice. Gave me some instructions that did not solve the problem

The property manager Jenna was very responsive and helpful. We love staying on Mount Washington when we visit Pittsburgh, and this was the best place we have stayed thus far. It was clean, with even a “newly renovated” feel to most of it. Having nearly everything available in the kitchen was really helpful, including the dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and basics like coffee filters and salt and pepper. The parking in the rear, allowing us to have two cars was amazing and hard to come by in the city. Once we were accustomed to the A/C, it helped make the rooms more comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is slightly warm due to it being the 3rd floor of the building, but it eventually cooled down. The proximity to Mt Washington highlights, restaurants, and ease of getting downtown and to Pitt campus was a plus. The neighborhood was good and safe to walk around. We will definitely opt for this place if it is available when we. visit again. Thank you Jenna!

Easy check-in and check out. Did not spend much time at house. Relatively quiet. House next door has a pool - a little noisy (only one night) but quieted down by 10:30/11:00. Bed is very comfortable. Living area good for 4. New pillows would be a nice addition. Bathroom is small (sink area) but doable. Nicely renovated.

Fabulous location within walking distance of the Shiloh shopping area and Grandview Drive with beautiful views of the Pittsburgh skyline. Dedicated gravel lot is provided which is important as on-street parking is difficult and streets are very narrow. Laundromat less than 300ft down the street if you need to freshen up your clothes. Well stocked kitchen for cooking or reheating leftovers. Owners very responsive thru website or via text.
