The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Get anywhere in Pittsburgh easily by foot or by public transportation. It’s just a short walk to:
