The Peak Mt Washington - Large 2bd Apt w A View

Great location, owner was very responsive, nice property

It’s a walk-up apartment up 3 flights of stairs which I didn’t think was clear from the listing. It’s also unavoidably over warm on the hottest days as it appears to be a converted attic.

Super relaxed stylish apartment in a stunning and convenient location. Old school but stylish and homely design made the place comfortable from the second that we walked in. You could chill out there all day if you wanted, just relaxing in the living room or lounging around in bed. The view from the large kitchen window over the river to downtown is spectacular. It's right next to the top of the incline and right next to the most bustling streets of Mount Washington so it's convenient for checking out both those areas and near to the airport too. The street itself is peaceful and quiet and literally 30 seconds away from amazing viewpoints over downtown.

Only thing that could have been a bit better was that AC didn't crank down quite cold enough at night time and if I was being picky then the water pressure was a bit low.

Mt Washington location very good for the city. Good views.

Shower very slow. Some low ceilings for tall guys. A lot of Marijuana smell from first floor.

I loved the view, and the place was amazing. Had a lot of pretty decor. Very comfortable and good for any occasion.

The steps were a bit much. Prepare to walk up flights of stairs. Parking was tight, not a lot of spaces. My main issue was all the bite marks I received on my body from staying there. We booked for two nights, only ended up staying for one because of the flare up on my skin from the bites. My partner had a couple as well but my skin was worse than theirs. Also got locked out on patio because the code wasn’t working.
