Fantastic spot to base the family for a few days in Paris

Big roomy apartment suitable for our family of five. Location is great - across the street from a Metro station and with plenty of spots to eat all around. Walking distance to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’est and many convenience stores.

We experienced a small delay at check-in due to a lock issue and had to wait some time for the code. Hopefully, this can be improved for the comfort of future guests.

The apartment is just ok, more accurate representations needed

We liked the location, we used Stalingrad station multiple times to get to the apartment. We found a number of great bakeries near by & a fabulous Italian restaurant, Amore Moi. Helpful having 2 bathrooms & a washing machine.

As has been documented by others, the written instructions to get into the apartment do not mention the name of the apartment block & that you need to join the WiFi whilst standing outside the apartment door. There is no evidence of the special lock on the door which is confusing for first time users of the App. The video sent to us about accessing the apartment seemed to gloss over the most difficult part which is getting in! We felt concerned that if the phone with the door opening App was stolen/lost or the App failed we wouldn’t be able to get in & there was no back up plan. The pictures of the apartment on Booking.com do not reflect the reality of the apartment. The pictures appear to make it look homely & on arrival it’s very basic with cheap furnishings, no cushions, lumpy pillows & the windows are old & look dirty. The apartment is located in a soviet era/70’s series of buildings which is also not clear from the photos. My mistake not to notice on the description but there is no air conditioning, not too big a problem for us because the weather was not too hot, however, it could be if there’s a heatwave. No dishwasher either. Not the owners fault, but a neighbour at the back had an all night party during one night of our stay, no music but shouting & talking until 7am & the neighbour opposite the front door has lots of children who are incredibly noisy. Weird smell in the external hallway. Overall our stay was ok, we live in London so appreciate city living & rental costs, however, the biggest problems for us were the access issues & misrepresentation of the coziness & the reality of the basic furnishings.

Super lokalizacja, blisko do metra, blisko sklepu, kawiarnie i piekarnie. Bardzo czysto w obiekcie. Pomocny i miły personel. Przestronny apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, a było nas aż 8 :)

Appartamento spazioso e situato in posizione strategica

La posizione dell’appartamento è davvero comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi d’interesse (la metro 7 é sotto casa) e silenziosa di notte; l’appartamento è ampio e adatto ad ospitare anche gruppi di 7 persone come il mio; la zona è ricca di ristoranti e negozi.

Secondo me andrebbe migliorata la pulizia.

Réservé pour 7 personnes ; nous sommes arrivés à 22 h ; systèmes de codes trop compliqués ; lits faits seulement pour 4 personnes ; draps disponibles pour 2 personnes supplémentaires, mais rien pour la 7ème personne ; inaxeptable. Machine à café HS.

Appartement voldoet perfect aan de beschrijvingen. Alles is perfect geregeld. Een aanrader.

Parkeren voor laden en lossen is even zoektocht. Op adres 221 rue la fayette is dat niet mogelijk. Dit moet je doen op Rue de Faubourg Saint Martin. Daar is ook nog een ingang.

Un séjour sympa, dans un appartement confortable et proche de tout, à pied ou en métro.

L'emplacement parfait, plutôt calme, en face du métro, dans un quartier sympa et animé, tout près du canal Saint Martin et ses bars et restos. Le confort des lits, les 2 salles de bain. J'ai trouvé une place de parking pas très éloignée de l'appartement. La voiture est restée au même endroit pendant 3 nuits sans souci.

Le manque d'équipement de cuisine adapté au nombre de personnes accueillies : 1 poêle et une casserole minuscules pour 6 personnes, aucune tasse, aucun bol... Les distributeurs de gel douche et shampooing des sdb étaient vides également. Nous avons demandé à être fournis en ustensiles si possible puisque nous restions 3 nuits mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse à notre demande, excepté un message d'excuses pour les désagréments, ce qui est déjà positif en soi. Si ça peut servir aux suivants, tant mieux :)
