Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, friendly welcome.

Very welcoming and friendly. Small kitchenette made up for the lack of food on site. Very comfortable bed, clean and pleasant room, spacious modern bathroom. Absolutely great.

Cozy and comfortable

Really lovely stay and great value for money. The room was brilliant, comfy bed, Large TV and a big bathroom. Nice touch to have tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles of water available. Staff were really friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Already booked to stay again when we return in a couple of months.

The nicest room I’ve had in England.

My room was delightful. Tastefully appointed. Clean, comfortable, classy, cosy. I loved the fair trade tea and coffee and the bathroom gels. It was difficult to leave! Please try this lovely boutique hotel experience. Very convenient to the potteries.

Wonderful stay for a short trip.

Room is stunning, clean, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with great amenities. Kettle and fridge area in the room is fully stocked and lovely. Also, there is a clean, communal room with toaster, microwave and cutlery which is fab for solo travellers.

Unfortunately I am a budget traveller as I come to stoke for university so have had to find somewhere slightly cheaper! Other than that, the Masons arms is perfect!

Great value for money and love the extra touches

Parking on site, much easier when solo traveller. Big bathroom with nice toiletries and selection of towels. Very comfortable bed with gorgeous bedding and plenty of lighting in bedroom. But always the little touches - nice selection of drinks, complimentary water and fridge

It was a clean comfortable room and had all that you could need in your room

There is no catering at the pub, but its location put me withing half a mile to one and a half miles from loads of rssteraunts and food outlets.

It seerved the purpose of my visit for the next day wich was only 14 mins away.

Perfect for us.

Lovely welcome by Tracey made us feel like friends staying over for the weekend. Great facilities. Room was very hot as weather was great and we made good use of the fan provided. Soap, shampoo and bodywash all provided. Told to ask for more towels if needed but we had enough. Tea coffee and biscuits with kettle and fridge in room. Small kitchen with toaster, kettle and microwave so we could have scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast. Handy shop which seemed to sell everything just across the street. Room was spotlessly clean.Very good value for money and if we were ever back in the area we would definitely stay again. Thanks Tracey.

A great little Gem xxì

A little gem of a place, this is our 2nd visit to The Mason's, glad to see in a year the standard of the premises has not dropped, locals in the bar very welcoming.. bTheed was sooo comfortable, with immaculate rooms, great decor & amenities are excellent.

Slight musty damp smell in the bathroom couldnt see where it may be from as it was very clean all round. Suggestion as need a little shelf by side of bed to put your alarm or glass of water. Needed a luggage stand. Whilst i loved the chair, it's way too low for me to sit on & no other place to sit other than the bed.

Everything was perfect,my stay was 10/10 . Tracy the Landlady was so kind,lovely & helpful. The room was outstanding & the bed so comfortable to sleep in. My stay was for 5 nights & I will definitely be back. I absolutely recommend The MASONS ARMS 100%.

Location is perfect for what i needed. Have stayed a couple times as it is always clean and always comfortable. also keypad entry system is perfect so you can come and go when you like and no need for check out.

Absolutely amazing

What an amazing find. Value for the price is insane, the room was spotless and modern, the bed was comfy, the tv had netflix, there was free coffee and water, also free parking! The landlord that met us was so friendly the place was absolutely amazing we honestly were blown away and felt like we had gotten super lucky with our last minute stay! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Really comfortable rooms with great facilities (e.g., nice en suite and large smart TV). The kitchenette is a bonus. Access to the rooms is via keypad, which means you don't need to worry about keys.

On occasions I could hear some noise from the pub downstairs, but it was never too bad and it ended reasonably early in the evening.

Good friendly vibes, clean, great stay!

Great location, staff where extremely friendly and the vibes where amazing. Everything was clean and if you needed anything they were more than happy to help and give info. It was also a quiet area and when in the rooms it was nice and quiet and you couldn’t hear anyone else in there rooms. It also had a small communal kitchen which was great if you wanted to have food in your room. There was a smart TV as well and plug sockets next to the bed so you didn’t have to charge your phone on the other side of the room. Also the car park has 24hr CCTV which is good for piece of mind. All in all a great stay for the price!

Amazing value, spotlessly clean, well appointed, you won’t be disappointed if you’re in the area

Amazing value - the room was a good size and nicely appointed and decorated. Very clean - and the towels and linen smelt so fresh and comforting. Access codes made coming and going so convenient, and a small shared kitchen was a useful addition that I didn’t use but great to know for next time. Fridge in the room with fresh milk and water + hot drink accompaniments that are much more in keeping with a good hotel. Really good experience and will visit again

Cosy and comfortable

The room was lovely. Very tastefully decorated and well stocked for teas, coffees etc. Bed was very comfortable and had an excellent rest. Very easy check in process and having a little shared kitchenette was very useful. Would absolutely recommend! Perfect for a night stop
